Your privacy matters—and just like in my photography, I focus only on what truly counts.
1. What Data I Collect (and Why)
I only collect the information you provide voluntarily—typically your name, email, and any project details—so I can create quotes, invoices, and communicate with you about your shoot.
This data is:
Emailed directly to me through my contact form
Manually entered into my invoicing software (Zoho Invoice) where it’s securely stored for future quotations or reference
Your data never leaves my server, except when it’s required to email you a quotation, invoice, or reply to your inquiry.
2. Photo Usage
All photographs displayed on this website and my social media are my original work. Any photo that includes identifiable people or vehicle number plates is published only with the explicit permission of the person photographed or the vehicle owner.
3. Cookies & Tracking
Yes, I use cookies—because even websites deserve a little treat. 🍪 These cookies help the site function smoothly and provide you with the best experience possible.
4. Website Analytics
I use a simple page visit counter to track how visitors interact with my site. This helps me understand which pages are most popular, so I can spend more time creating content and photos you’ll actually enjoy. No personal data is collected—just general usage stats.
5. Contact Forms
When you reach out via the contact form:
Your submission is emailed to me
The relevant information is manually entered into Zoho Invoice for quoting and invoicing purposes
Your data is kept securely for follow-up communication and potential future projects
6. Hosting & Email
My website is hosted in South Africa on a private server I manage
Emails are sent and received via a self-hosted private mail server—no big corporations involved
7. Backups
I keep regular backups of my website and data on a separate local system, but I do not use offsite or cloud-based backups.
8. Your Data, Your Rights
If you’d like to know what information I have about you, or want your data updated or removed, just let me know. I’ll handle your request with care—no fuss, no drama.
